Salmon Steaks with Hollandaise Sauce

The Glen-Mor Restaurant served bone-in salmon steaks, as pictured here. The addition of the Hollandaise Sauce [1] makes this a decadent meal, so bring your appetite.

Servings: 4

Fresh
4 salmons steaks (approximately 1-1/4 lbs.), 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick
1-1/2 cup Hollandaise Sauce [2]

Pantry
1 tsp. salt, divided

Prepare salmon
Preheat broiler on high. Place salmon steaks on a cookie sheet with sides and sprinkle with salt. Adjust rack to be approximately 4 inches from broiler.

Broil
Broil salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve
Serve salmon steaks warm with 1/4 cup Hollandaise Sauce [2] per serving.
