We made several batches of Glen-Mor Restaurant muffins in the past few days, my office colleagues will benefit tomorrow from our baking. I wanted to share one of my favorite baking photos taken to date. We have only a few recipes remaining in the bread basket, including Cranberry Orange Muffins and Cornbread (again) because I want to take a better photo.
Looking forward to the cranberry orange muffins. I used to get cranberry orange walnut pound cake from the fresh market in southern pines. Miss it, want it and will definately make your recipe!
I’m monitoring the stores for fresh cranberries and will be making muffins as soon as I can.
