Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

My favorite cooking blog posted a pumpkin recipe recently and I had to try it. The result was very good, but the cinnamon competed with the pumpkin. Next time I will dial back the cinnamon. Recipe link included below.

Cranberry-Cherry Muffins & Banana-Coconut Muffins

I followed a recipe from a cookbook we bought at the King Arthur flour course last fall. The sweetened coconut was substituted with unsweetened, because that’s what I keep on hand. Jim thought the banana muffins would be improved with a sprinkling of sugar on top. The bourbon-soaked cranberry-cherry muffins were perfect.

Raisin Bread

The Glen-Mor Restaurant served a Raisin Bread based on the Sandwich Bread. I modified the Glen-Mor’s version working with a sweet bread base, and the result is so good it doesn’t need butter.
