Crab Rolls

It took a few attempts to locate good lump crab meat, but I found it in a small fish shop next to my local market. The Crab Rolls at the Glen-Mor were grilled similar to the Lobster Rolls, which I didn’t do below, but can be done if desired.

Servings: 4 large rolls or 6 small rolls (small rolls pictured)

Fresh
1 lb. lump crab meat
4 large rolls, hot dog buns or similar, or 6 small rolls (pictured)
4 or 6 pieces of iceberg, Boston, or similar lettuce

Pantry
2 tsp. salt, additional to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix crab salad
Combine the crab, salt, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combine. Taste and add salt if desired.

Assemble rolls
Place one piece of lettuce on each rolls. Divide crab mixture among rolls, amount will vary depending on size of rolls.

Serve
Serve cold and keep rolls refrigerated until ready to serve.
